Kiln-dried firewood is one of the most popular types of firewood available as a result of the incredibly low moisture content of the logs. Our bulk builders bags of kiln-dried hardwood firewood, primarily consist of oak and ash kiln-dried to 18-20% moisture, containing less moisture than air-dried seasoned logs. Unlike seasoned firewood logs where the moisture content in the firewood varies depending on the conditions it is stored in and how long it has been drying for, kiln-dried wood eliminates any of that uncertainty, providing the perfect logs to fuel your fire.

These logs will generate a long, hot burn every time, offering extremely dry firewood that will provide consistently perfect results each time you light your fire.

Each log is approximately 20cm - 25cm in length, ideal for most fireplaces and multi-fuel/wood burning stoves.

Our large bulk bags measure 85x85x85cm and are available in loosely filled large bulk bags (approx 300kg), double up with two bulk bags for 25% off. 

The Large bulk bag is delivered on a burnable wooden pallet to your kerbside by our nationwide pallet courier, therefore please ensure that you are able to accommodate and accept deliveries from vehicles of this size. Should you require a smaller vehicle for delivery, please contact us to ensure we can facilitate this for you.

To encourage air flow around your logs, we recommend that you store them in a raised log store or on a pallet to keep your logs away from moist ground. We do not recommend stacking them up against a wall or placing them on grass, as air won't be able to flow and the logs can become damp.

For ease when building your fire, we recommend our boxes/nets of kindling and our Ecofire Natural Firelighters.
